About this Retreat
MASTER KONTY K.
Yoga is Konty’s existence: Rehearsing regular Asanas, Pranayama, Dhyana & the rich Yogic Philosophy on how to live in a balanced way & truly shined him as a human being. Yoga has given him a well synchronized scope to true self & heart.

As a Yoga Therapist, Konty’s offering of yoga is enthused by an eclectic background in the movement arts (Classical – BharatNatyam Dancer, Choreographer of Bollywood Contemporary Dance style & Rhythmic Gymnastics).
He believes in harmonizing Body, Mind & will through a unique blend of yogic styles & allowing the spirit to play. Intention is to “transpire” yoga as a sacred & advantageous means to research into subtle aspects of Mind, Body & Energy, teaching that when conditions of compassion & acknowledgement are present, transformation happens exponentially.
Shubham was born brought up in Pune, Central India. A yoga enthusiast from the age of 4, Shubham always dreamt about being a Yoga Sadhaka whose aim is to add value to people’s life by imparting the knowledge of Yoga to benefit the human life at all stages.
By practicing patience since childhood & learning yoga techniques from his Guru Ms. Anjali (Mother), he likes to share his practical & theoretical knowledge of yoga in a disciplined & systematic manner to bring real transformation in Yoga practitioners across Globe.
Shubham teaches Traditional Hatha, Traditional Vinyasa & Restorative styles of yoga at professional level, apart from sharing the Knowledge of Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology by combining the science with the spiritual dimensions of yoga. Shubham received various certificates & titles from Kaivalyadham, a well-known Yoga Institute in central India on successful completion of different yoga programs.
Being a big devotee of Bhagavan Shiva & Buddha, he is known for his spiritual short name ‘ShuBu’ in the yogic field. Influenced by Yoga at an early age, his ultimate purpose is to give everyone the best possible Experience in life. He has been teaching different styles of Yoga, physiology & Anatomy in various Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) & Yoga Teacher Training programs & various platforms since 2013.
Details of this retreat
(1) HOLISTIC HEALING YOGA, PRANYAMA AND MEDITATION RETREAT INTRODUCTION
Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Retreat Goa - introduces you with the principles of Holistic Healing with the help of Yoga, pranayama and meditation. As per the available dates, our course coordinators will discuss and let you know the styles of yoga which you can choose like Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga or Yin Yoga, along with pranayama and meditation. So while being on this Holistic Healing Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation retreat you will also get an option to select a type of yoga style which suits your body type and also you'll be enjoying the mindful pranayama's and peaceful meditation practice. You'll get enough time to explore the beauty of Goa during the retreat.
(2) HOLISTIC HEALING YOGA, PRANYAMA AND MEDITATION RETREAT OVERVIEW
- Hatha or Vinyasa or Yin Yoga Sessions will be conducted at intermediate level
- Pranayama's, Mudras, Mantras & Meditation sessions will be conducted at intermediate level
- Almost all the sessions will be conducted at yoga hall in school and few classes will also be conducted on the beach
(3) HOLISTIC HEALING YOGA, PRANYAMA AND MEDITATION RETREAT DETAILS
- Every retreat will always start on Sunday's and will always end on Saturday's (01 week)
- Taxi Pick-up and Drop service will be provided for free to & from the goa airport, madgoan railway station or nearest bus stop
- Jala Neti Pot and Thermos water bottle will be provided for free.
- Yoga mats, yoga bolsters, pillows, blankets, yoga belts, yoga blocks, yoga towels will be provided during the course
- Next to the Yoga hall, changing room will be available only for yoga students, if required before or after the yoga class.
- Next to the Yoga hall, Washroom and Toilet will be available only for yoga students.
- All rooms has attached washroom as well and free wi-fi service.
- Free Wi-Fi will also be available for students in Yoga Hall as well
- Medicines and First aid kit will be available for the students.
- Not all sessions are mandatory. Also if the students are not well during the retreat then they are also allowed to take break.
- 02 Vegetarian meals will be provided and alternative food will be prepared separately for the students who're vegan
- 24 hours Filtered water for drinking will be available in yoga hall.

- Holistic Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation Retreat with the duration of 06 Nights and 07 days (i.e. 01 week) is as follows;

- 400 $ (USD) - With only Food or only Accommodation

If one chose to reach by Train, the nearest major railway station is at Madgaon and it is 40km away from Agonda. However one can reach the local railway station at Canacona, which is 7 km away from Agonda and can reach by auto Riksha or local bus/Taxi.

OUR ACCOMMODATION Private Rooms with Hot Shower & Wi-Fi Your room will be reserved at on site accommodation, where the Yoga Centre is located at Agonda, Goa, India, on first come first serve basis, if all the rooms are full at on site accommodation, your accommodation will be arranged in the immediate neighbouring guest houses very close to the school. Private rooms will be provided, where you're also allowed to share your room with your family, friend or with other student, only after taking the permission from our management team. All the rooms are provided with hot shower facility and free Wi-Fi is available.
