You’ll learn from experienced instructors who will guide you through a rigorous curriculum focused on physical and mental health, yoga philosophy, and effective teaching techniques. And when you’re not in class, you’ll have the opportunity to explore our beautiful natural surroundings and support local artisans in our small Maya village.
But the best part? By joining us, you’ll become part of a community that’s dedicated to making a difference. Our program supports the Youth Community Center, a local educational center that’s making a real impact in the lives of young people.
