Numinity’s founder, Melissa uses her diverse background and personal healing journey to empower others on their path to transformation. A Healer, Musician, Coach, and Facilitator, she combines the pragmatism of the West with the mysticism of the East to guide individuals towards healing and growth.
Having spent many years as a commercial lawyer, Melissa brings a unique perspective, emphasising critical thinking and discernment as essential accompaniments to more holistic practices, to yield powerful results for her clients.

Jamie is a compassionate and valued soul within our community. He is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and healing. As a Kambo practitioner, he offers a powerful and transformative experience, helping participants release emotional and physical blockages and connect with their inner selves.
When not facilitating ceremonies, Jamie's soulful guitar playing and melodic voice create a soothing atmosphere, perfect for meditation and introspection. His passion for healthy and nourishing food is evident in the delicious meals he prepares, which not only satisfy the body but also uplift the spirit.
As a firekeeper, Jamie leads profound and heart-opening ceremonies, where the sacred flames serve as a symbol of inner light and warmth. Alaya is situated in the heart of Alto Panadés (officially in Catalan, Alt Penedès). Guests usually carpool or share taxis to split the cost and we help coordinate travel plans for everyone in the WhatsApp group.

Once in a Blue Moon...
When the stars and planets align, great things happen.
The ceremonies themselves were very well organised, the medicine is strong and very healing. The music was beautiful and opened me up to sacred ancestral dance. The accommodations lovely and comfortable, the surroundings are safe, peaceful and immersed in nature. The food was healthy, nutritious and made with love but just be careful not to overeat too late in the day and avoid any foods that may contain salt.
My time with these people and the community/tribe we developed in such a short time were nothing short of ground breaking. It felt like we had known each other for months. In the 3/4 days I was finally able to transmute the darker side of my shadow into compassion for our shared vulnerabilities.
Alone, we go faster, together we further...I am in deep gratitude to Ness, Melissa and Pierre Luigi. If you are unsure of other retreats, I can highly recommend this team of responsible, caring, resolved guides and healers. Trust in life, trust in the medicine, listen to the call, pay attention to your feelings. If you get a big 'yes' then follow through, you won’t be disappointed.

Unique experience that everyone should have
I came to a point in my life where I needed a powerful jolt. Doing my research I identified Melissa and her staff, who with infinite kindness guided me to achieve the most fascinating and life-enhancing experience of my life. I was the only Italian in the group and this initially worried me a little, because I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to integrate (not being very good at communicating in English) but if there is a place where I have found such nice people to make me feel welcomed and comfortable as it has never been right here. My experience has given me just what I have needed for a long time, which is to find myself, the security within me and the will to live by exploding a supernova of happiness in my heart (which by now I thought had turned to stone.. .) I literally reached my goal (and I want to reach many more soon :)) literally crying with infinite joy. Never experienced anything like this and all this thanks to Melissa, to all the ultra professional staff and to the fantastic guys that I have met in my group ... I love you all and I will never forget you! Now I feel like a f****n' Jaguar ready to fully bite into life!

An angel in human form
Melissa is a celestial being who came to earth to bring light! There is no other explanation ;) During my retreat she was close to me every time I had any need, she is always there, and makes you feel safe. She has inside her a truly immense goodness and wisdom, and you can already perceive it only from her gaze. Melissa is a unique beauty both physically and spiritually because I am convinced she is a true angel :) Thanks again for helping me improve my life, I will be forever grateful.

Ness is a revelation !
I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Ness at my retreat, and immediately felt a deep attraction and connection to her...as if I could feel her aura, wisdom, knowledge and heart... She is a great professional, a woman who truly transmits energy, passion and wisdom, thanks to her I have reached a level of awareness and perception that I didn't think was possible...I had the honor of embracing her and being able to look into her depths of eyes and seeing how special she is…she enlightened my mind and soul, and I will never forget her. Thanks Ness you made me see the universe with the third eye.
