Casey, a seasoned yoga practitioner with over a decade of teaching experience, believes in the continuous journey of self-improvement. She has honed her expertise in yoga, breathwork, trauma release, chakra healing, and massage.
In Casey’s yoga classes, you’ll experience an unhurried and welcoming pace, where poses are sculpted to suit your unique body. Rooted in Forrest Yoga, Casey adds purpose to every posture, offering tailored challenges to align with your intentions. Her classes go beyond sequences, embracing playfulness and light-heartedness, allowing students to explore subtle movements. This fusion of mindful progression, purposeful intention, and personalised adjustments creates a holistic and enriching yoga experience.
Amy Jennings is a botanist, conservationist and beekeeper with a deep appreciation for plants and nature. A masters in biodiversity conservation allowed Amy to further explore her interest in ethnobotany, which looks at the connection between people and the plant kingdom.
This research took her to countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, India, Tibet and Tanzania. Amy runs an organic farm, Glendalough Organics, where she practises sustainable growing methods, Amy also runs meditation retreats where she teaches mindfulness techniques that help connect people with the natural environment.

Step away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and join us for a rejuvenating Yoga & Nature Retreat from December 6th to 8th. This retreat is designed to help you replenish your energy, nourish your soul, and find balance during a time when the demands of everyday life can feel overwhelming.
You will be guided through a variety of different yoga practices from uplifting practices to more restorative and yin yoga practices, allowing you to slow down, listen to your body, and receive the nourishment you need to fill your cup.
In addition to daily yoga classes, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a Nature Connection Workshop, where you'll create beautiful, unique wreaths using natural elements foraged by our in-house botanist. This hands-on workshop will deepen your connection with the earth and inspire a sense of appreciation for the natural world.
Nestled in a serene, wintery landscape, our retreat venue provides the perfect backdrop for introspection and self-care. You'll have access to luxurious facilities including a sauna, hydro pool, hot tubs, and cold plunges, allowing you to further unwind, relax, and restore balance to your body and mind.
