About this Retreat
Universal Wellness Retreats & Bri:
Bri (she/they, professionally known as Brianne Verraneault and mystically known as Colibrianne LoveJoy) is an artist and entrepreneur whose current blank canvas is your subconscious. Bri is the founder of Universal Wellness Retreats; an international retreat company specializing in unique, comprehensive, holistic, authentic, integrative, and expert health and wellness retreats. Bri is a licensed professional counselor extensively cross-trained and experienced in treating complex PTSD. She takes a holistic, intuitive, and integrative approach seamlessly weaving in spirituality, divination, channeling, EMDR (certified), Somatic Experiencing (in training), hypnotherapy (certified), meditation, Reiki (certified), IFS, and other clinical and indigenous practices into her work with clients. Bri strives to appropriately integrate indigenous practices under the tutelage and guidance of mentors and teachers native to these practices. Bri believes that changing the world starts with changing our world within. She is a Reiki Master (Usui & Holy Fire), a 500-hour RYT, and is currently 1 year into a mentorship with a Toltec medicine worker and has some experience co-facilitating plant medicine experiences. She specializes in deep dives 1:1 to help you get to the heart of the matter. She is equally strategic and creative, abstract and practical. She has a Scorpio stellium in her birthcart, is a projector in Human Design, and is a White Electric Mirror in Mayan Astrology. Spirit has guided her for as long as she can remember (back to very early childhood) and she comes from a psychically gifted ancestral line. She is the first in her line to break the cycle and learn how to use her ancestral gifts for the greater good. She has awakened to her mission and knows what her work is meant to be on this earthly plane. To work with her is a reflection of truth.

Patricia (she/her) is a mystical visionary who enjoys meaningful conversations and the connection with other cultures and people from around the world. A multi-talented multi-faceted artist and entrepreneur, Patricia began intentionally crafting the 1111 Alchemy space in 2020. 1111 Alchemy is nestled within the bustling, vibrant, artistic community of Penestanan just around the corner from Ubud city center. The 1111 Alchemy compound is just a moments walk from amazing restaurants and shops and yet inside the compound it is serene, quiet, and harmonious. Walking through the blue 1111 door into the Alchemy compound is magical, it is stepping into another world!

Universal Wellness Retreats and 1111 Alchemy lovingly invite you to join us to enjoy beautiful Bali and experience 6 nights/7 days of rest, reflection, contemplation, community, introspection, insight, movement, and most importantly fun! We have intentionally designed this retreat to offer you the chance to connect in community, connect with yourself, and connect with spirit.

We will enjoy Bali together and enjoy tailored group and individual experiences to help you make your retreat uniquely yours.
We understand that for some of you this may be a novel experience and for some a day of stillness and silence may be very uncomfortable. Please utilize your pre-retreat support and 1:1 sessions with Bri prior to the retreat to prepare and explore any concerns you have. We are here to support you in this experience. You will also have post-silent day 1:1 sessions with Bri for processing your experience. Our small retreat group will also connect in community after our day of silence ends on March 12th to share our experiences and experience a forgiveness fire ceremony.
Bri will provide a packet of instructions/ideas/guidance for different types of meditation, mantras you can silently practice, and journaling prompts to guide you in your Nyepi experience. Bri will also hold SILENT space in the yoga center during the day on Nyepi for anybody who wants to sit in silence together. Please note this is NOT a class. There will be no guidance, instruction, talking, or communication. This is simply for those who may want to be in silence together. Tarot and oracle cards will be made available for you to silently use to facilitate your reflection practices.
Our time together will generally go as follows: wake up with the sun and enjoy a leisurely morning of coffee, juices, and teas in the comfort of your private villa alone or with a loved one. Our small group will come together to connect and flow with a 90-minute morning kundalini yoga practice at 7am led by 1111 Alchemy creator Patricia Dash. You can read more about Patricia and 1111 Alchemy below.
After the morning practice, you'll enjoy a brief respite before breakfast to freshen up, refresh, hydrate, and prepare for breakfast at 9am. We will take our time with breakfast enjoying the nourishing and locally sourced organic foods lovingly prepared by amazing 1111 staff whom you will no doubt get to know and appreciate!
After breakfast will be 1:1 healing sessions with Universal Wellness Retreats creator Bri. You can read more about Bri and her various ventures below. Your 1:1 healing sessions are tailored to you and your unique goals, desires, wants, needs, and wishes for your personalized retreat experience. You will have the luxury of experiencing pre-retreat monthly support with Bri starting at time of registration and payment, post-retreat monthly support going until June 2024, and 2 90-minute tailored 1:1 healing sessions with Bri either during our in-person time together at 1111 Alchemy or after you return home. Whatever would be for your highest good and highest alignment, Bri can accommdate to meet you where you are at.
The pre-and-post retreat monthly support with Bri includes: (i) WhatsApp community chat, (ii) personal and private WhatsApp chat with Bri, (iii) 60-minute monthly virtual sessions with Bri for pre-retreat preparation and post-retreat integration, (iv) if you elect to experience your included 90-minute 1:1 healing sessions after the retreat ends then these will be scheduled with Bri prior to your departure. If you choose to experience your included 90-minute 1:1 healing sessions during the retreat these will be scheduled prior to your arrival.
Please note that your pre-retreat support may be limited depending on when you register and pay for your retreat experience. Pre-and-post-retreat support begins once you have registered and paid in full. Bri will do her best to accommodate your pre-retreat support needs no matter when you register.
Your tailored 1:1 90-minute healing sessions (2 included with your retreat pricing) include your choice of: (i) EMDR, (ii) Hypnotherapy, (iii) Reiki with a tarot/oracle reading, (iv) Tarot/oracle reading with chakra clearing, (v) 1:1 yoga, (vi) Guided meditation/breathwork/mantra, (vii) Ecstatic Dance, (viii) EFT Tapping, (ix) Somatic Experiencing, or (x) Inner Child session. You can also choose to book an INTEGRATED session with Bri where we intuitively and strategically flow between the various healing modalities offered by Bri to meet you in the moment with whatever is showing up for you in our time together.
Our small retreat group will come back together in community for lunch at 1pm. After lunch we have the rest of the day to schedule as you'd like. You can enjoy solo free time, time with a loved one, have 1:1 sessions with Bri, spa sessions with 1111 Alchemy, explore the local neighborhoods, and enjoy dinner on your time.
Please note dinner is not included in the retreat pricing. We intentionally left as much open space as possible on the daily agenda for whatever your mind, body, heart, and spirit desires to make your retreat experience uniquely yours.
With the holiday celebrations there may be afternoon or evening activities that we participate in together as a group. A more detailed retreat agenda will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

FAQs and Policies:
1) Retreat purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2) Flights, air travel, and ground travel OTHER than the included airport transfers are not included.
3) Dinner is not included.
4) Please arrive on time and prepared. We cannot accommodate late comers and or partial attendance. There are no refunds (full or partial) for a retreat participant who has chosen not to check-in on time or who does not fully participate. Retreat participants arriving late may not be able to participate in the retreat depending on the circumstances. By registering for and purchasing your retreat experience you are agreeing to show up on time and fully participate in the entire retreat experience.
5) We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any losses you experience in the event of illness, injury, etc.
6) Depending on where you are traveling from to attend our retreat, we recommend arriving at least 1 day before the retreat to allow yourself time to rest and allow your body to adjust to the new time zone and new surroundings. We understand that this isn't an option for everyone and we are prioritizing rest and restoration on our first day. If coming even a day earlier is an option for you then we recommend you do so. Please note that arriving to Bali earlier may require you to find alternative accommodations. Your retreat purchase only includes the villa you booked for the dates of the retreat.
7) Not all yoga styles and 1:1 healing sessions are suitable or appropriate for expectant mothers. Of course you can still join the retreat and please get approval from your doctor BEFORE registering and paying. During the retreat you can make any adjustments as needed based on your capability and what you feel would be safest for your pregnancy however please know that you do this at your own risk and fully waive liability and hold harmless Universal Wellness Retreats and 1111 Alchemist Space including their staff and volunteers.
8) By registering for and purchasing this retreat experience you waive all liability and hold harmless Universal Wellness Retreats and 1111 Alchemist space including their staff and volunteers. You agree that you are participating in this retreat and its activities at your own risk.
9) The retreat is open for adults ages 18+
10) Please note that while you will be able to attend 1:1 healing sessions with a mental health professional that this retreat is NOT appropriate or suitable for people who are in crisis and/or who are experiencing suicidal ideation, homicidial ideation, non-suicidal self-harm, and/or psychosis. Please note if you show up and you are in crisis we will take appropriate action to ensure your safety which may include involving other agencies and authorities and may involve your departure from the retreat. Please note that in these situations the above policies still apply.
11) We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel health insurance if you do not have health insurance and/or if your health insurance would not cover you while traveling and/or in Bali.
12) The sun strongly rises around 5:30am. We recommend bringing a sleep mask if you do not prefer to be woken up by the natural sunlight.
13) Universal Wellness Retreats and 1111 Alchemy take what's called a "high touch" approach meaning we create and cultivate meaningful relationships with our guests. This can practically look like consistent and personalized communication where we will check-in with you and share information with you before, during, and after the retreat experience, and provide recommendations. Patricia & Bri are both attentive, intentional, experienced, and pay a lot of attention to detail. We have a lot that we believe is helpful to share to make the most of your experience with us and your time in Bali!
14) Bali is a tropical island that co-exists in harmony with nature. Natural (and effective!) mosquito repellant will be provided by Bri. We strive to honor the Balinese way and to use products that do not harm the local environment. Please be considerate with the toiletries and items you bring with you. We recommend all natural and organic products. 1111 Alchemy will provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in your villa. We are happy to provide recommendations for excellent places to source environmentally friendly toiletries.
15) Due to the diverse health needs of everybody participating in the retreat experience, please refrain from using the following in shared spaces: (i) fragrances, perfumes, parfumes, and/or colognes, (ii) chemical products
16) Laundry services are available for a fee paid upon delivery of clean laundry. The cost is 25k IDR per kg of laundry (approx. $1-2 USD per kg).
17) By registering and paying for your retreat experience you acknowledge, agree, and consent to photos and videos by our staff for marketing purposes to be taken during our shared retreat experience. Your image and/or your likeness may be used in marketing materials.
18) Only take personal photos and videos with your electronic devices with full consent from every person present. Please do NOT take photos or videos of sacred and/or ceremonial events without first finding out if that is appropriate. Please do NOT take photos of videos of retreat participants or facilitators without their knowledge and without their express and direct consent.
19) Visa requirements and fees are NOT included. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they have obtained the appropriate visa (tourist visa) and have paid the necessary fees. Roundtrip airport transfers by car are included from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Travel from the airport to 1111 Alchemist Space is approximately 1-2 hours depending on your arrival time and traffic.

There are 7 private villas available for this retreat. Almost all of the villas can sleep up to 2 people (shared), so if you'd like to bring your partner or a friend you can share a villa with them.
