Our wellness retreat program is designed specifically for those who do not wish to pursue a specific health goal but wish to live an optimally healthy and vibrant life by adopting holistic principles. This program offers a place where you can tune into yourself, reconnect, recharge, rebalance and improve your general health, lifestyle and well-being. Well-being is also linked to happiness, satisfaction, contentment and health.

Well-being practices are exercises that enhance practical mindfulness. These practices guide your thoughts, relationships and actions. Altering them when you are feeling displaced or experiencing anxiety can enable you to lead a calmer, reflective life and develop a connected lifestyle.

Mindfulness improves well-being; being mindful makes it easier to savour the pleasures in life as they occur, helps you become fully engaged in activities, and creates a greater capacity to deal with adverse events. When we focus on the here and now, we are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past and are less preoccupied with concerns about our self-esteem or success. Mindfulness helps us to form deep connections with others. There are many forms of practising mindfulness, but the goal of any mindfulness technique is to achieve a state of alert, focused relaxation by deliberately paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment.

The term ‘WELL-BEING’ describes how well you feel about yourself and life in general. Wellness is not just an emotion or feeling, nor does it indicate the absence of disease. It is an overall feeling of being physically, emotionally and mentally healthy.

Our diverse team of holistic well-being specialists will work hand in hand with you, providing group activities and individualised one to one session and therapies to help you delve more deeply into your inner self in a safe space where there are no judgments, and you will feel supported, empowered and celebrated. During your stay with us, we will help you to use simple techniques and strategies that can assist you to continue with your journey when you return home.

• 8:00: - 9:30 – MindWalk (Grounding)

• 9:30 -10:30 - Breakfast

• 10:40 – 11:40 - Yoga and Heart Dance

• 11.45 – 12:15 - Teas, coffees, and juices.

• 12:15 – 1:45 – Self-reflection, Relaxation or one to one therapies

• 14:00 – 15:00 -lunch break

• 16:00 – 18:00 - Group Trust Mediation Therapy (2hrs)

• 18:15 – 19:15 -Dinner

• 20:00 – 21:00- Mediation (30mins)

Accommodation

We offer you a comforting sanctuary and homely experience. Each of the eight rooms has an intimate and minimalist atmosphere surrounded by mountains, nature and seclusion. With access to TVs, Wi-Fi, wooden hand-built wardrobes, air-conditioning for cooling and heating, en-suites, key card entry and stylish contemporary furnishings.

Evolve Integral Health and Well-being Retreat and Referral Services is based in Murchas, Lecrin Valley, cosily nestled in the picturesque province of Granada, Spain. The clinic operates from the boutique hotel “LA BOHÈME”, named as such to commemorate the Italian opera composed by Giacomo Puccini between 1893 and 1895. Our recently renovated beautiful hotel, which will open its doors in the winter of 2024, has 8 large bedrooms with en-suites, terraces, treatment pool, therapy and activity space.

Fusion of local products meals are adapted depending on the retreat. We can cater for those who wish to have a vegan or vegetarian option if advised in advanced.
