About this Retreat
Your Guides
Alenka is a professional freeride snowboarder and a splitboat guide. As a BASE jumper, she spends most of her time in Squamish BC, where she can snowboard and jump every day! She is also an experienced yoga teacher. Specializing in restorative and yin yoga + breath-work techniques.
Alenka is the leader and founder of Lux Snow Retreats. The experience has been designed to be enjoyed by women on snow – a women’s wilderness retreat specializing in snowboarding, yoga, exploration, cold water therapy, and meditation.
Our week-long retreat programs are set in the mountain paradise with all the special touches you would expect to find on a snowboard and yoga retreat. All retreat packages offer a complete backcountry experience program, blissful massages, yoga classes, delicious healthy meals, and activities that support the mind, body, and soul.

Set in gorgeous surroundings and led by splitboard guides and yoga instructors, LUX retreat will stay in your heart forever. A daily schedule of yoga and winter sports exercises will have you heading home with an elite body and relaxed mind.
With Bariloche as your home base, you will find that each day you stand at a one-of-a-kind and fortunate crossroads: to either kick back and simply take in the quiet comforts of our lodge and rustic sauna or to set out on a journey (entirely yours!) to discover the wonders hidden within a vast mountain wilderness.

Directions
You will book flights to fly into Buenos Aires, Argentina, and another one to Bariloche (we can assist with booking flights). You can arrive on the day the retreat starts and we will provide complimentary airport transfers on the first and last dates of the retreat.

During our LUX retreat we will share a beautiful ski chalet right at the lake (Nahuel Huapi lake), with beach access and a peaceful garden. Enjoying cozy-ing up by the fire place and treating yourself to a hot cup of tea or hot chocolate at the end of a fun day on the slopes!
