About this Retreat
Amanda is a fellow adventurer, astrologer, RYT 500hr yoga instructor and founder of GoFlow Retreats. Amanda has a passion for creating safe spaces for all walks of life. Guiding others in finding their flow through movement, breath, sound medicine, workshops, and intentional creative gatherings. From pain to purpose, the heart of her work is rooted in soulful self care practices. As a forever student of this life. She encourages you to honor all parts of your humanness; just as you are. As a wellness retreat facilitator she has personally witnessed how vital and essential it is for us to slow down and recharge our nervous systems in nature. Especially as we navigate this fast paced modern world we live in today. On retreat she will guide you through holistic wellness modalities and movement based practices from ancient philosophies to modern health sciences; enhancing mental, physical and spiritual states of well-being. Her current prayer is that in our humanness, we begin remembering what truly nourishes our hearts and souls.
Crizzle is a yoga enthusiast, practitioner, a business consultant, a retreat facilitator and health and wellness advocate. With a 200-hr training certified through yoga alliance. She has a passion and deep love for yoga and all things wellness, such as daily breath-work, sound healing and meditation practices. Blending yogic principles with contemporary mindfulness. She curates classes and retreats for a full body experience, drawing you to fully inhabit your body and your space, to both challenge and create a practice for everybody, as well as a safe and accepting environment. Encouraging you to come as you are, take what serves, leave what doesn’t and to find ease and flow in challenges on and off the mat. Her healing journey led her here, serving and holding space for people like you, who are called to the healing journey. To share her gift, her medicine, the medicine of movement, of breath, to be a bridge to higher consciousness.

Experience the charm of our Communal Tropical Lodge. Choose between 5 single beds with views of paradise. This space has a mini fridge, outdoor lounge seating under a covered terrace, coffee & tea station, robes, toiletries and a large private en-suite bathroom with 3 separate showers. This option is most affordable and a fantastic way to forge lasting friendships.
Our Bungalow Suites are separated by one private downstairs king bedroom room and a communal upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds. These uniquely curated rooms come complete with an outdoor six person jacuzzi in a private garden, mini fridge, coffee & tea station, robes, toiletries and large shared bathroom with a dual indoor and outdoor rain-shower. The spacious downstairs king bedroom is the perfect room to share with a loved one for $4444 ($2222 each) or come alone to enjoy some you-time.
