About this Retreat
Cat has been a passionate guide, teacher, and mentor since she first started leading medical mission trips to South America in college. Fascinated with human psychology and stepping into her own intense awakening, Cat left the medical school path shortly after graduating university and set out to heal her own lifelong anxiety, codependent attachment, and feeling of paralysis in life. After meeting a profound teacher in India and spending over 2 months deeply studying ancient energy healing practices and yoga, she realized her path was still to help people heal... only now, to heal from the inside out. Cat has over 10 years and 1000+ hours of yoga education, including Kundalini Kriya, Tantra, breathwork, Hatha & meditation certification. She is a certified life + success coach who mentors women into liberation from the suffering of emotional stuckness, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety and codependency through a unique combination of nervous system + somatic work, breathwork, and identity coaching. Cat is fascinated by the intersection of neurology, psychology, and spirituality and its potential to completely transform lives. An experienced leader of in-person transformational experiences, Cat leads women's retreats throughout the US and abroad.
Colibri has over 10 years of experience as a coach and a healer.
She is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Hypnotherapist, and Theta Healing practitioner.
After years of dealing with her own deep depression, anxiety, and battle with not wanting to live anymore she decided it was time for a change.
She dove into the world of psychology and understanding human behavior.
She wanted to find out how she could heal and live a truly happy life.
Through her studies of nutrition, yoga, and human behavior she found the modalities she now uses with her clients.
She has created a unique signature system that she uses to guide women who are struggling with body shame, self-criticism, and repeated unhealthy patterns in relationships to learn how to love the woman they see in the mirror, live a fulfilled life, and have passionate healthy relationships.

Schedule
Each day begins with silent meditation to set you up for a mindful and intentional day. We then move into silent reflection and journaling, while enjoying a selection of fresh fruit, water and tea. You the have your first transformational journey of the day with Cat. Afterwards, at breakfast, you have the opportunity to integrate and discuss your morning session over breakfast and coffee.Then, you will have free time to explore the local beaches and town, relax in the terrace garden or by the pool. Meditate, journal, read, or connect with a new friend… or get some much deserved rest. We move into the afternoon session with Colibri after your midday free space. After your intensive with Colibri, you will be ready for dinner! Chat with your new friends, discuss your new learnings and internal shifts, and enjoy a fresh healthy meal to wind down the day. After dinner, you’ll enter a quick integration circle to share your experience from the day. There will be a select number of relaxing evening journeys after the circle, such as song circle or Yoga Nidra. Some nights, there will be no evening journey - just rest and recharge!
