Our retreats combine our decades of self-healing work and work as yoga and meditation teachers, integrative life coaches, and women's mentors. We design and produce intensive, immersive growth experiences based in subconscious repatterning, meditation and breathwork, emotional exploration and belief work. Our holistic, integrated approach is one of allowing versus forcing, illuminating versus avoidance, & facing our discomfort head on. Our retreats change the lives of women for the better.

The Yoga Life Villa is a boutique luxury eco retreat center nestled in the Jungle of Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, with breathtaking ocean and mountain views, cooling sea breezes and fresh mountain air. Each suite is meticulously designed to represent a specific Hindu diety. Each suite offers its own magnificent sea and mountain views. Decor is sourced locally, using natural eco-friendly materials. Yoga Life Villa’s architecture is a conscious design utilizing nature’s five elements.
