About this Retreat
Alka is a Buddhist Psychologist, Health and Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Retreat Host, and Reiki Master. Alka’s life experiences and education led her to understand that health is not just about what you put into your body, but that mind, body and spirit are connected, and when one is out of balance the others are affected. Through her training and expertise she has helped hundreds of women find healing, focus, balance and direction as they face life challenges. On your FindingME Bali retreat, Alka will be guiding you through an intensive workshop to find harmony and balance with your inner values and life goals, thus helping you calibrate the direction you would like your future to take.
Kartika is the Founder & Director of Maja Healing in Bali, a Senior Holistic Hypnotherapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, Hypnotherapy Teacher, Rapid Healing Sessions (Energy), and Wellness Consultant.
During your FindingME Bali experience, Kartika will take you through an intensive workshop designed to help you more understand your emotions, how they impact your overall wellness, thus turning your mind and heart inward to find what drives your connections, and your understanding of yourself. This workshop is designed to help you gain greater clarity in where you are now and unlocking your inner power to guide you to where you want to be.
Monika is a full-spectrum Breathwork Healer. For over 40 years, Monika has been exploring conscious breathing, from singing in a Children’s Radio Choir, being a practitioner of Yoga, Pranayama, and Physical Therapy to working as a professional Breathwork and Trauma Release Facilitator.
During your FindingME Bali retreat, Monika's Breathwork facilitation will deliver profound health benefits and astonishing results, addressing the root cause of suffering. Her intensive workshop will help you deepen the ability to perceive mind and body as allies, catalyze a shift toward ease, and experience the unrestricted flow of energy, which opens up the most incredible levels of inner peace, bliss, and insight.
Yvette is an International Fitness Presenter and Wellness Coach whose passions for fitness has spanned the space of 3 decades. Passion for fitness and nutrition for women, especially in their middle years drives her as she seeks to create physical wellness routines that are actually effective for overall wellness and longevity.
During FindingME Bali, explore physical fitness styles that work for you, as well as an intensive workshop about muscle building, nutrition, sleep, stress and the changes to expect as you approach mid-life.
