About this Retreat
My name is KAT (She/Her) and I primary sit with women in pain, looking to release prior suffering, gain clarity on purpose and identity, and heal relationship & abandonment wounds. My work serves the Collective SHE but I also sit with men who desire to shed patriarchical narratives, clarify their own identities as humans, and support women as partners, colleagues and equals. I am proudly LGBTQIA affirming along with my entire Staff, the majority of whom are one or more categories of LGBTQIA. I am a survivor over physical and sexual assault, domestic violence and pregnancy loss and am a passionate ally of all who feel Voiceless. I enjoy working with those pioneering new life paths, questioning prior beliefs or stepping off relationship escalators. Whether you wish to do deep Shadow work, bathe in the cleansing waters of Grief or experience the mystical Divine/Otherworld, I am happy to hold space for you.
AJ (She/They) is an empowerment coach, somatic educator and self-described "nerdy Midwest mom". She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology. AJ specializes in supporting people through transitions of all kinds, LGBTQ+ clients, dismantling shame, and Shadow work. She loves co-creating ceremonies for embracing new life chapters, releasing old habits/patterns, and helping people access more self-acceptance and confidence. AJ works with people from all walks of life, and her friendly approach makes her a good fit for those new to psilocybin. She believes mushrooms are a powerful ally and that everyone deserves healing.
Arah (She/Her) is a psychotherapist, a mother and a lifelong learning, exploring various paths of healing and development over decades in a variety of professional and personal ways. She has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and post-graduate training in secular Buddhist psychology, humanistic/existential therapy, specialized therapy with adoptive families, trauma training, couples therapy and more. She has also trained in Pine Street Sangha's meditation mentor program and practices meditation regularly. Curiosity and compassion are Arah's trusted companions in her work with clients. She believes that each of us has a healing capacity within.
Matt (He/Him) loves the outdoors and spent much of his childhood in Africa and the Persian Gulf, moving every few years. As a neurodistinct individual, Matt struggled with the traditional school system growing up. He turned to drugs and alcohol at an early age to cope, which was an eventual catalyst for change. A prior high school teacher, Matt is a husband and father to two young children. His partner has a progressive terminal illness. Psilocybin has helped him explore his wounds and traumas to be more present for his family. Matt is deeply committed to working with clients experiencing identity struggles, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and addiction issues. Having family and friends in the military he is honored to serve our veterans and first responders. He has studied mushroom cultivation directly under the tutelage of Paul Stamets onsite at his property.
Hilary is a skilled healer and space-holder for those working with deep grief, depression and self-criticism. Her gentle, adaptable spirit makes her very approachable for those new to the medicine space as well as those with experience. Hilary is trained in Somatic Experiencing, which is a body and movement oriented method of helping people find healing from trauma. She comes to this work through a transformative experience with her own grief and volunteers at Portland Grief House. Hilary specializes in helping clients explore grief through nature and creativity, and especially loves helping senior/elder-aged clients. She has Jewish heritage and has also studied herbalism, and is happy to bring either of those elements into ceremony for clients who request them.
Details of this retreat
Fractal Soul is proud to offer legal psilocybin therapy in Oregon's most luxurious and comfortable service center. Each of our five private psilocybin experience rooms have been designed for comfort and nurturing in mind. We operate our Center for private 1:1 and Couples clients with a 'Day Pass' mentality, and clients are welcome to come early or stay after to enjoy our Integration Lounge or Kitchen areas with complementary light food and beverage.
Our Private 1:2 Anytime Retreat is designed for flexible 'couple' travelers - your session can be booked any Tuesday through Saturday that our Wellness Center has availability.
The 1:2 Anytime Retreat is technically a 'group' event per Oregon Law, but is NOT a Group Event in the sense that strangers will be present. You and a loved one will be working with a dedicated licensed facilitator throughout your Intake, Preparation, Journey Session & Integration Process.
PLEASE NOTE: Couples Sessions do NOT have to be 'romantic partners' - a couples session could be with best friends, siblings, etc. However, due to the interpersonal or personal difficulties that can arise during a session, couple sessions must be approved first by an intake coordinator. For romantic couples, please be aware that psilocybin couples session are NOT a replacement for couples therapy and are not appropriate for couples in crisis or conflict, OR who are first-timers and may have substantial trauma or grief to process. For Couples who wish to hold psilocybin ceremonies on the same day but in private rooms (ie two concurrent 1:1 sessions, and then you Integrate together afterward) we can arrange that for an additional price since there will be a second facilitator involved.
Becoming a client of Fractal gives you free lifetime access to our Fractal Online Community as well - the world's first and only private membership community for psychedelically-inclined self-healers.
For Family or Friends traveling together, please inquire with our Private custom group events for parties larger than two. We can arrange this as a group ceremony in our large group room, OR as separate private ceremonies in 1:1 rooms.
The pricing listed below is mostly-inclusive - it includes both the Program fee to compensate your facilitator for their time and skill along with a Service center fee and your private room rental for the day. The only variable cost is your psilocybin dose, which varies by client medical history and intention but is typically $100-200, tax-inclusive. We sell our mushrooms at cost for the lowest price possible!
COMPLEMENTARY OPTIONAL MICRODOSE: Retreat participants who would like to microdose one to two days prior to their larger Journey may do so at our Center at no additional cost, except the cost of medicine ($10-20). Microdose is limited to 1-2mg psilocybin analyte. Larger doses may be discussed on an individual basis.
