I will walk you through daily sessions, alternating gentle restorative movement; inspired by yoga and other flows - accessible breathwork - mindfulness practices and meditations - energy healing moments - reconnection with nature - walks - sharing circles - wellness rituels.
In your free time, you will have the chance to be alone, slow down and embrace the pace of nature, preparing for renewal, nurturing and rooting. Slow living": following the rhythm of the seasons, focusing on what really matters.
We will follow and adapt to the weather, taking advantage of time spent outdoor.
