Our training program includes apnea-focused yoga sessions, breathwork, equalization workshops, cold water therapy, and of course depth training. At Deep, Wild and Blue, we believe that freediving is more than just a sport – it's a lifestyle. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of freediving, helping you to develop the skills and confidence needed to explore the underwater world with ease.

Meanwhile, our sea safaris and water adventures allow you to meet the true masters of freediving - the wild animals of the blue. On our day trips through the Sea of Cortez you could encounter orcas, whales, dolphins, fevers of mobula rays, sea lions, and more! This unique blend of water activities allows you to connect with the water in a new profound and meaningful way.
