About this Retreat
Kendall is an energy intuitive and somatic practitioner - offering a unique form of bodywork that she called Three Cauldrons massage - birth doula, and creates plant based potions.
She is an ordained Priestess in the Rose Lineage and assistant trainer at the Rose Lineage Mystery School. She steeps herself in trauma-informed practices, offers training in energy work, has her own practice devoted to mantra and ritual, and is always a continuing student (working towards her certification in Functional Hormonal Medicine).
She is devoted to a rooted, earthy, and simplistic way of approaching prayer and ritual.
As a science nerd turned mystic, she loves to integrate the magic that is our mind, body, and nervous system into the mystical, to support people to feel liberated in their bodies, in union with their hearts, and connected to Spirit. She believes that intimacy is so much more than just pleasure, that tuning into the subtle, slow energies of life, connects us to something greater. That this is our gateway to the divine.
Stephanie Yen is a modern day Tantrika and Yogini devoted to the Temple Arts and is also the Hostess of the “Shakti Unleashed” Podcast.
She is a devotee of the ancient Yog-Vedantic traditions and certified in over 1000+ hours of in person trainings between the Tao Tantric Arts & Kriya Yoga Lineage.
At her core, she is here to help you fully own the truth of who your Soul came here to be by living a life of empowerment and self discovery.

We weave together Kendall’s practices in the Rose Lineage, Temple Arts, trauma healing and nervous system balancing with Stephanie’s in Himalayn Kriya and yogic and tantric paths to create a rejuvenating experience to help you come back to a state of harmony and peace within self. You then can integrate this into everyday life as you come back from the mountain.
We will have a morning practice, nourishing breakfast, and then another journey or exploration mid morning. After lunch, we will have some open space for syncing with the land, relaxing at the spa, going in the river. We will then have an afternoon or evening practice and dinner.
We are excited to welcome men to this as well as many of our pat retreats have been for women only. There is such a power when we come together in presence and practice. To witness and learn through each other and be reflections.
We will have solo group practices, partnered paired practices, some that may expand edges but will greatly expand your capacity and connection to Spirit, self, and life.

Directions
Tip for your shuttle driver is not included and appreciated! Shuttles will only be available in the morning day of the retreat and 9 AM monday morning. You may also choose to rent a car instead and drive if you want to have freedom to adventure after (we will help you with the directions).
