Bare Hearts: Mount Shasta Women's Retreat

This gathering was created as a space for women of all walks of life to come together and share in the healing power of authentic sisterhood. We all have such unique stories and have walked such different paths to arrive here and still - we have so much more in common than we could ever realize from the surface. This is our sacred space to speak our truth and share our hearts with women who seek to understand.

So many of us are craving this space of community healing now more than ever before. We are honored to hold this space for those who feel ready to gather in vulnerability and experience the sweet medicine that this depth of connection provides. We will find strength in our softness and courage in our voice as we are surrounded by those who wish to listen. We come together to release the things that no longer serve us, empowering ourselves to rise as the women that we want to be.

We will dive deep together and we will also relax and play, in total authenticity. We will share delicious meals, heartfelt stories, and full belly laughter. We will connect with the wild beauty of nature and our most authentic Self. The work we do together is transformative and fulfilling. The bonds we build together are life long and soulful. This will be a weekend that replenishes our cups and reminds us of how sweet it feels to be seen and understood.

Every woman deserves to know this kind of sisterhood.

We will be holding this weekend gathering on an incredible private property known as Guru Shasta. Our healing home away from home is nestled on 7+ private acres in the heart of Mt. Shasta Wilderness. There are many legends that say this mountain and the surrounding land are filled with a potent, mystical energy. Many consider this land a “spiritual vortex," and healing mecca where high-frequency energy may be easily accessed... What we know for sure is that we are so grateful to return to Mt. Shasta, where Sacred Sister Collective was born and raised - where we have felt countless moments of transformational healing and incredible magic amongst this heartfelt community.

This property features a gorgeous wrap around sun deck, a large stand alone yoga + movement studio, modern outdoor showers and bath tub, expansive nature woven with trails, wild life, and the most breathtaking views. We will be expecting sunshine and look forward to spending much of our days outside basking in the beauty. We will have time and space to connect with the wild nature all around us.

Our Retreat Space is approximately 1.5 hours from Medford Airport, 1.25 hours from Redding Airport and 3.25 hours drive from Sacramento Airport.
