About this Retreat
Your Guides
the connection between body and soul always fascinated me.
I explores the way to internal balance through the body, movement, attention and awareness. my research led me to study biology, and after many years of yoga practice I became a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, this approach focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body through the practice of asanas. It differs from other styles of yoga in three ways: precision, sequence and use of props.
I believe that throughout yoga practice you can reach deeper into yourself, rejuvenate, become stronger and more flexible- in the body as well as in mind.
I have great experience with helping people overcome injuries, chronic pain,and other Physical limitations. I'm passionate about empowering women to practice according to their menstrual cycle.

A long and pampering weekend of yoga, movement, good food, wild nature and freedom on the island of Evia, Greece.

We will practice Iyengar yoga, go for a walk in the forest, dip in the healing springs, eat nutritious and quality Greek food, go out to celebrate in an authentic tavern, enjoy the end of spring on the island, just before the tourists arrive.
