6:30 am Sunrise - Inner energy practice
7:00 am Fruit and Light Breakfast - The Art of to be Present.
8:00 to 10 am Energy Flows and fluctuations. Learn to tune with the environment.
10 to 11 am refreshment, the are of resetting the system.
Midday we are rise as the sun, our energy spikes and engage is more physical. Here we play and create.
12 pm Kitchen Play, learn the energetic of eating by intuition, practical workshop while making lunch.
1:30 pm Feast, laugh, play and clean your dishes.
2:30 Resting and do your thing
4pm Mind reengineering / Visualizations
5 pm embodiment practices until sunset
8 pm Dinner playfulness
