Absolutely Life Changing
My five-day experience with Confluence Retreats was truly life-changing. I arrived carrying years of unresolved trauma, hoping for healing—but honestly not knowing what to expect. What I received in those five days was more deeper and more impactful than anything I could have imagined. In many ways, it felt like I was given a year’s worth of healing in a single week.

The journey itself wasn’t what I expected… but it was exactly what I needed. Healing doesn’t always come how we imagine it will, and Confluence honored that beautifully. They create a space that allows your own process to unfold without pressure, fear, or judgment.

What makes Confluence exceptional is not just the retreat—it’s the care before, during, and after. The support throughout the retreat was unwavering, and the continued individual and group calls afterward are such a gift. Healing doesn’t end when the retreat does, and Confluence clearly understands that.

I felt completely safe, seen, and supported by Myles and the facilitators from beginning to end. For something that was completely new and outside my comfort zone, I never once felt uneasy. Instead, I felt held—with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

This was truly the experience of a lifetime, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Confluence Retreats to anyone seeking deep healing, clarity, and restoration. I will forever be grateful for this journey.

Highly Recommend
This retreat was a really meaningful experience for me, and a big part of that was the facilitators. From the start, they made the environment feel safe, grounded, and thoughtfully held. They were present and supportive throughout, without ever pushing or over-directing the experience.

The experience itself had a lasting impact, and I’ve continued to reflect on it since returning home. I’m especially grateful for how intentional the team was in the way they guided and supported the process. I’d recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a well-run, respectful space for this kind of work.

Finding softness after years of Grief
I cannot thank Myles and the team enough for the space they hold. Doing this work in a group setting took the healing to a level I didn't think possible—they make it feel completely safe to be your authentic self. I was navigating some very heavy personal loss and felt stuck in a cycle of pain and anger. Through this retreat, that internal 'paralysis' has lifted. The progression over multiple days was key to my breakthrough. I feel more at peace and much softer in my daily life.

When Safety, Time, and Community Align
I came to this retreat knowing that the work I wanted to do required safety, time, and a trustworthy container. From the beginning, the experience felt highly professional and grounded in real integrity. I felt cared for and held in a way that allowed me to go much deeper than I could have otherwise.

When doing work like this safety matters, The needed safety I felt was created by the entire experience: the facilitators, the setting, the accommodations, and the food. All of it made the deeper work possible.

For me, doing more than one psilocybin journey is essential. The first opened the door; the second allowed for a deeper, more expansive experience. Also, sharing the experience with a group of like-minded people adds an additional depth that simply doesn’t occur when this work is done alone.

I can highly recommend Confluence Retreats.

Highly recommend!
I attended a 5-day psilocybin retreat with Confluence Retreats in Oregon, and it was truly one of the most profound experiences of my life. Everything was so well organized and intentional — from the daily structure to the beautiful setting and supportive facilitators. The food was absolutely amazing, nourishing both body and soul.

The group was small and intimate, which made it easy to connect deeply. I met incredible people who now feel like family. I felt completely safe and supported throughout the entire process, and I trusted the facilitators every step of the way.

My journey was transformative beyond words. This retreat exceeded all expectations, and I find myself wishing I could go back again and again. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone seeking deep healing and self-discovery.
