Mornings will usually begin with rejuvenating spiritual practices such as Strech&Connect, Qigong, meditation, breathwork and visualization exercises, followed by engaging workshops and seminars focused on personal growth and empowerment. We will explore creative and therapeutic practises, including vision board creation and neurographic art sessions, allowing you to tap into your inner artist. Amidst these enriching activities, there will be ample time to bask in the sun, enjoy the beach, pool and jacuzzi, read books, relax with a massage, balance your chakras with a Reiki session, get lost in the narrow streets of Mykonos, savor the true taste of Greece with authentic dishes and vibrant local culture and fully embrace the tranquil island atmosphere, ensuring a holistic retreat that nurtures both mind and body.
