Schedule

Here is an example of the daily rhythm and flow participants can expect during the retreat at Sunny Point Arts Campus. The final detailed schedule will be shared closer to the start date, but days are designed to feel spacious, gentle, and supportive rather than packed or rushed.

Each morning begins with a slow arrival into the space, followed by grounding and embodiment practices such as breathwork, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation. This helps participants settle into the day feeling present, calm, and connected.

From there, the focus moves into guided creative workshops centered on process, intuition, and self-expression. No prior artistic experience is needed — the emphasis is on exploration, curiosity, and reconnecting with creativity in a supportive environment.

Midday includes a nourishing shared meal and spacious time for rest, integration, or quiet connection. Participants may choose to journal, walk by the lake, spend time in nature, or simply pause and recharge.

Afternoons continue with creative exploration, reflective practices, or nature-inspired experiences. Some sessions may involve gentle group work, while others invite more personal, introspective time.

Later in the day, the group gathers for integration circles or rituals that help ground the experiences of the day and foster a sense of connection and community.

Evenings are soft and optional, often centered around shared meals, relaxed conversation, or quiet time. Residential guests may have additional opportunities for connection, while still being encouraged to rest and move at their own pace.

Throughout the retreat, participants are always invited — never pressured — to engage. The overall intention is to create a rhythm that feels nourishing, creative, and restorative, allowing each person to follow what feels most supportive for them.
