Retreat Highlights

  • The focus of our retreat is self connection, rest and renewal.
  • The cornerstone of our retreats are our daily heart circles, where we practice really noticing and tracking ourselves and meeting whatever we find with kindness and acceptance.
  • We will set intentions for our time together at the start of the retreat. What would support you in experiencing the most rest and renewal?
  • The group will choose from a list of optional renewal activities, such as Meditative Self Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Hiking, Forest Bathing, Painting, Somatic Meditation, Authentic Relating, Circling, and more.
  • There will be plenty of free time to explore our beautiful mountain town and have solo time.
  • You get to choose your schedule in each moment, as we operate by the Law of Two Feet. Use your feet to take you where you want to be, and if that changes, find a new place to be.
  • Option to participate in the TOTOH 4th Density Saturday event.

Details of this retreat

We all know rest is essential, and still it eludes us. We all get swept up in life and sometimes need to fully unplug and leave home in order to step back, find our center, breathe, reconnect with our bodies, and begin the renewal process.

Come bathe yourself in an uplifting collective experience of unconditional acceptance of where you are and what you need, right now. It sounds simple but it's a big task to be fully present with ourselves, and make tending ourselves a priority. Could it be time to receive support on the journey?
