Nour Elise is a holistic relationship and feminine embodiment coach and mentor as well as an international breathwork, yoga and meditation facilitator with a unique style - merging her love for these practices with her passion for music. She helps people shed layers of conditioning, pain and trauma to remember who they truly are and create space for the life they want and deserve. She has a strong ability to create a safe space for people to be vulnerable and experience powerful shifts while learning to drop into their bodies and balance masculine and feminine energy dynamics within themselves for more flow in their lives. She is also especially skilled at curating music and creating transformational experiences that strongly resonate for many. Nour Elise also co-leads the Heal Play Love brand and project with her partner Valentin Aschwanden - a community of beautiful souls dedicated to creating experiences that connect us back to love through spirituality and music. Having always had a passion for health and psychology, Nour Elise earned her BA in psychology from McGill University, her Master’s in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and her Mind Body Eating Coach Certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She also earned her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida, one of New York City’s finest Yoga Teacher Training programs. She has completed a number of other courses in the self-development space including in meditation and breathwork, and is currently completing her case studies for the Alchemy of Being, a 9 month long training in Maturation Coaching by Nicky Clinch. Aside from her work as a coach and facilitator, Nour Elise’s work experience spans from wellness consulting; to creating, implementing and managing retreat and wellness programs for hotels; to starting her own businesses. Today she focuses solely on her offerings, programs and retreats along with co-leading the Heal Play Love project. She has led sessions around the world including with The Gardens of Babylon in Beirut, Dubai and Basel; at Harvest Kaplankaya near Bodrum; at Supra Roma in Mexico City; for private events in Tulum, Courchevel and Geneva; and more.

I'm deeply passionate about human potential, consciousness, and sound. Myintention is to create a space for human beings to reconnect to their innate power and wisdom within. I guide individuals back to the core of who they are to create a reality that places love, liberation, and truth at the center. My music is an expression of my soul and invites other human beings to connect to their hearts and joyful, unique expression. I sing as a prayer to Mother Earth and spirit. My containers are transformative and soulful.
