About this Retreat
Hi, I'm Anna, a Yoga teacher, Woman's wellbeing Somatic Coach, Yoga Therapist and Mum of two spirited young daughters.
The foundations of my teachings are based on the breath, the fundamental connection between mind and body. When we reconnect with awareness I believe that we can navigate easier through anxiety, stress, decision making, pain & so much more.
A 90 minute practice can be invigorating, the subtler practices we come across during this time can be invaluable. The objective for me is that you are able to walk away with something that can serve you in your everyday life. My hope is that you are able to deepen their practice and connect with your body and minds in a way that is both therapeutic and empowering in a good humoured, warm hearted and earthy environment.
With just under a decade of teaching experience and over a 1000 hours of teacher training qualifications under my belt as well as experience of training in ashrams and KPJAYI in Mysore. I am a registered yoga therapist and Somatics coach with extensive training in Postnatal recovery and a special interest in using embodiment practices to empower.
