The most amazing and beautiful experience!
I spent 4 days at the Tuscan Fitness retreat and I've already recomended it to all of my friends. Huge shoutout to the organizers but in particular to our amazing yoga teacher Stephanie, who had the most beautiful energy and made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. The morning and evening sights at the hotel and yoga deck are incredible, it was like a painting that changed every day! The food was also really good! I will definitely come back!

Lovely experience - hope to come back soon!
I really enjoyed my time at Tuscan Fitness. The property was gorgeous, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and I really enjoyed socializing with the other guests. The yoga classes were a good, as well as the training sessions. Each day there were different activities planned. I only wish I had planned to stay longer. It was a great combination of wellness and relaxation, but also with some good food and wine ;)

A wonderful Experience - highly recommended
A Truly Memorable Experience!

From the moment we were picked up at the station, everything was perfectly organised. We were welcomed with lunch on arrival, and our hotel accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views. The buffet meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were delicious with a wide variety of choices.
The daily yoga sessions were absolutely fabulous, and the fitness workouts were both fun and challenging. A highlight for us was the amazing hikes, wine tastings, and olive oil tastings, all of which were well-planned and ran seamlessly on schedule.
We were lucky to share this experience with a fantastic group of like-minded people from around the world. We had the most perfect 4 days and only wished we could have stayed longer!
A special shoutout to our wonderful yoga instructors, Sonny and Steff—they were truly amazing! Alix put us through our paces in fitness sessions with a great balance of determination and humor while her husband Levi and her brother David guided us through hikes and tours, both were engaging and full of interesting insights. The staff at the hotel are pleasant and help but not intrusive.
Traveling was a breeze! We flew into Pisa, took the train to Montevarchi, and even made a visit to Siena. The hotel arranged a smooth taxi ride to Siena for 120 euros, and our driver, Roberto, was incredibly warm and friendly.
Overall, we had the best time and can't wait to return!

Lovely place for a yoga retreat
The daily programme was very good and the setting for the outdoor classes was beautiful.
The food was excellent and with the added options of doing wine tasting and olive oil tasting it made for a really nice mix of daily activities.

Mission & Vision

Tuscan Fitness is located just outside a town called Cavriglia, located in the Upper Valdarno in the province of Arezzo and is often considered the center of the triangle that joins the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, making it ideal for visiting the area. Nestled between the left bank of the river Arno and the hills of Chianti, it is also called the “Porta del Chianti”, or the door of Chianti, as it sits on the doorstep of this beautiful region, famous worldwide for its delicious wines.

The area around where the retreat is located is typically Tuscan, complete with rolling green hills, olive groves and vineyards. This part of Tuscany has a great deal to see and we do our utmost to work with local producers and businesses to show the best of the region.

The hotel is also conveniently located for those interested in making day trips to the famous towns and cities in the area, including Florence (45 minute drive), Arezzo (30 minutes), Siena (30 minutes) and Orvieto (45 minutes).
