An extraordinary 5 night / 6 days ski or snowboard week in the Swiss Alps. Combine a ski holiday with meditation, breathwork and yoga in the magical Swiss Alps.
In the heart of the famous 4 Vallées ski domaine, we invite you to rediscover your ski and snowboard sensations in a different holistic way.
Our carefully curated program blends the wisdom of a professional ski and snowboard instructor who will guide you and invite you to slow down, heighten your awareness, and savor the natural wonder around you—whether it’s the sound of your skis on fresh snow or the majestic views unfolding at every turn.

Daily meditation sessions will help you to deepen this mindful connection will help you carry this sense of presence throughout your time in the mountains. Complementary yoga sessions will keep your body strong and flexible, ensuring you’re physically prepared for each day’s adventure.
Join us for an unforgettable retreat that blends the thrill of skiing and snowboarding with the calm of mindfulness, offering a balanced experience that recharges both mind and body.

The retreat takes place in the 4 Vallées in Switzerland, mostly known as Switzerland's biggest ski area, connecting Verbier with Nendaz, Veysonnaz, and Thyon with 400km ski runs.

Your home base for this retreat will be the Mad Retreat Hôtel, a magical cosy and luxury wellness hotel located in Nendaz. This place offers multiple possibilities for nature lovers, people who are mad about the mountain and mad about new experiences..

Schedule

DAY 1 - Arrival
Step into the serene embrace of the mountains, where tranquility begins your journey. Ease into the spa or wander through our garden before checking in.
At 18:00, gather for a warm welcome meeting, where you'll meet fellow participants and the retreat team.
The evening wraps up with a delightful and healthy vegetarian dinner, setting the tone for the mindful week ahead.

DAY 2 – Embrace the present
Start your day with a grounding pranayama and meditation session, setting a peaceful tone for your adventures.
Afterward, savor a nutritious breakfast that fuels both body and soul.
It's time to meet your professional guide for a full day of skiing or snowboarding in the breathtaking 4 Vallées, with plenty of opportunities to practice mindfulness on the slopes.
Enjoy a scenic lunch on the mountain, before continuing your 4 Vallées experience.
Time to relax & restore. Join the afternoon restorative yoga session, helping your body recover from the day's activity and relax in the spa
As the day wraps up, we serve you a dinner that's a true culinary masterpiece.

DAY 3 – Find your Flow
Begin with a calming morning meditation to center your mind and body.
A nourishing breakfast awaits before another full day of guided skiing or snowboarding, where you’ll deepen your mindful connection to the mountain.
Pause for a well-earned lunch on the mountain, savoring both the food and the stunning Alpine views.
Continue your exploration of finding your rhythm and flow on the slopes.
In the afternoon you will recover with yoga & spa.
At anytime you can book an optional massage for extra relaxation.
As the sun sets, we gather for a sumptuous dinner.

DAY 4 – Take it easy
Another energizing morning with the power of mindfulness. Followed by another nourishing breakfast.
Today, you have a half day of skiing or snowboarding with your guide and then the option is yours.
Stay on the mountain and explore skiing and snowboarding by yourself or take the lunch which will be served at the hotel, offering a chance to relax and recharge.
In the afternoon, participate in a transformative myofascial release workshop, where you’ll revitalize your body with deep tissue trigger techniques to ease tension and restore flexibility.
Dinner time! The culinary journey continues, and you're in for a treat.
DAY 5 – Deepen the practice
The day begins with a meditation session, guiding you to stay present and mindful.
After breakfast, embark on a full day of skiing or snowboarding with your guide, exploring more of the incredible terrain the 4 Vallées has to offer.
Lunchtime on the mountain offers a chance to refuel.
In the afternoon, a restorative yoga class will help release any lingering tightness from the day's efforts, leading into a peaceful evening with a nourishing dinner.
DAY 6 – Farewell with wellness
Start your final day with a gentle meditation and yoga session to reflect on the journey.
If you wish, you can enjoy some last runs on the mountain before checking out at 10:30, with the option to leave your luggage at reception while you ski.
Though the retreat concludes, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of balance and connection to both the slopes and your inner self.

Directions

By Air:
The nearest international airport is in Geneva (Geneva Airport – GVA). From here, you can take a train, rent a car, or use a shuttle service to get to Haute-Nendaz.
Other nearby airports include Sion Airport, but it typically serves fewer flights than Geneva.



By Train:
From Geneva Airport, you can take a train to Sion, the nearest big city to Haute-Nendaz. The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS) operates these trains and they frequently run throughout the day.
From Sion, you can either take a taxi, a local bus, or rent a car to reach Haute-Nendaz. The distance is about 15 km.



By Car:
If you’re driving from Geneva, take the A1 and A9 motorways towards Sion. After Sion, follow the signs to Nendaz. The entire drive typically takes about 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.




By Bus:
Once you’re in Sion, there are local buses that can take you to Haute-Nendaz. Check the local bus schedule for details on timings and routes.
