Shiva's life took a transformative turn when he encountered a man at eighteen who cured his cancer through Ayurveda and yoga. This profound experience ignited Shiva's deep connection to yoga, which he believes chose him, steering him away from a destined path in jewelry.
Embracing Hatha yoga as his primary practice, Shiva sees all yoga styles as equal paths to enlightenment. His classes reflect a holistic approach, encompassing warm-ups, sun salutations, various poses including forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions, followed by meditation, mantra chanting, and the essential savasana.

A tuk-tuk ride into town typically costs only a few US dollars for a round trip, while hiring a tuk-tuk for a half-day temple visit to Angkor Wat (approximately 12 minutes away) is around USD $15.
