About this Retreat
Emotional alchemist & somatic movement facilitator
Whole life I’ve been deeply passionate about mental and physical well being. I’m a psychologist and yoga teacher (500h).
I believe in the power of self-discovery and self-healing, which is why I work non-judgmentally to create a safe and nurturing space.
I facilitate emotional alchemy - a transformative embodiment practice that harmonizes ancient wisdom with modern human sciences to create a more centered, empowered life.
Through a blend of psychology, yoga, mindful movement and gestalt therapy techniques this unique method redefines emotions into powerful tools for personal growth and alignment.
I invite to explore and express emotions, thoughts, traumas, and the needs of the body. The idea is to connect with love and acceptance, release old patterns, activate authentic expression, and embody desired life.
I’m also the founder of a conscious community in Mallorca, the Garden of Creation—a sanctuary where people can safely and joyfully explore self-discovery, deepen their spiritual growth, and engage with practices that support the regeneration of our Earth
With a background in Sound Engineering and event production, I was part of an award-winning team recognized as the Best Production Agency of the Year in London (2018), managing the technical production of multimillion-dollar events across Europe.
In 2017, a deep connection with cacao inspired me to pursue a different path. I attended my first cacao ceremony in 2018 at the renowned Porch of Keith Wilson in Lake Atitlán Guatemala. In 2019 I felt the strong call to leave my successful career in London and so I did, following the instructions of the Cacao Spirit and my heart in 2020.
I became a facilitator for Keith’s Cacao, traveling the world to share its healing power. In 2022, I joined the Mystery School for Sound Healing, Sounds of Light, which helped me further develop my sound techniques while releasing my own voice and creativity.
Combining my sound engineering expertise with cacao and sound practices, I guide people in connecting with their inner frequencies, fostering personal growth and self-discovery.
Hi, I’m Katharina! Known for my warmth and a smile that brings a touch of sunshine, I’m a breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others experience deep healing and transformation. For over a decade, I struggled with Morbus Crohn’s, going from doctor to doctor while feeling trapped in a high-pressure corporate role. In 2021, I took a leap—I left my successful career, and my loft in Berlin, and set off on a journey through Thailand, Mexico, and Guatemala.
Along the way, I discovered the profound power of breathwork to release trauma and reconnect with inner strength. With over 250 hours of training in traditional yoga and Kundalini and a deep passion for holistic nutrition, I now integrate breathwork, movement, and mindful nourishment to help others find balance and purpose. My retreats are designed to support you in reconnecting with your heart, embracing joy, and creating a life as fulfilling and vibrant as you choose.

Daily Meditation - Each morning begins with guided meditation sessions to help you center your thoughts, set intentions, and cultivate mindfulness. These practices will provide a solid foundation for the day, encouraging inner peace and clarity.
Embodiment Practices - Engage in daily yoga and movement sessions that promote physical awareness and connection to your body. These practices are designed to release tension, enhance flexibility, and foster a sense of flow.
Cacao Ceremonies - Experience the heart-opening effects of cacao in our ceremonial sessions. Guided by skilled facilitators, these ceremonies create a space for vulnerability, connection, and deep emotional release.
Workshops - Participate in interactive workshops that cover a range of topics, from finding your voice and expression through sound to creating sacred spaces for meditation. These sessions aim to empower participants with tools for personal development.
Sound and Voice Exercises - Explore the transformative power of sound through group exercises that enhance vocal expression and foster connection. These sessions help participants discover their unique voices and encourage emotional release.
