Day 1 | Arrival and Meditative Walk in the Nature
Welcome to Switzerland! Welcome to Sion, the capital of the Valais. We'll pick you up from the train station at the end of the day and take you to Massaya House, in the heart of the old town. Guests should arrive on Friday between 5 PM and 6 PM.
As soon as you've settled in, a meditative walk in nature awaits you. You will be guided along a famous natural water stream called "bisse" (part of UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage), overlooking Sion and its historic monuments. Then a healthy, comforting meal to recharge your batteries. Finally, an icebreaker activity to make the first connections, before a well-deserved rest.
Day 2 | Restorative Yoga, Personal Development Workshop, Hiking, Cold Therapy, Massage (optional)
Your day begins with a Restorative Yoga class to gently unlock your body. After a light breakfast, we'll talk personal development with our expert.
In the afternoon, the Massaya team takes you into the wilderness for a moderate hike through incredible scenery.
To recuperate, there's nothing like a cold bath in a nearby lake, surrounded by mountains. Return to the Massaya House at around 6 p.m. for a therapeutic massage, a tasty dinner, and leisure activities.
Day 3 | Sunrise Meditation, Open Air Pilates, Juices Workshop, Debriefing
The morning begins with a guided meditation in the warmth of the first rays of sunshine. Then, a light breakfast before a moderate and adaptative training session. You will then enjoy the famous Massaya Brunch, followed by a cooking class with a focus on revitalising juices.
Then it's time to get together to debrief the weekend, and plan your "after Massaya" together. The last activity will finish on Sunday at 5 PM and guests are asked to check out around that time. No activity is mandatory over the weekend, however we recommend you to experience them all.
