6am – Satsang (meditation, mantras chanting-kirtan & lecture)
8am – Yoga asana class (Sivananda sequence)
10am – vegetarian meal
11am – karma yoga (selfless service)
12pm – conference (no conference on Sunday, Monday and Friday)
1pm to 2:30pm – sauna for women (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
2:30 to 4pm – sauna for men (only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday)
4pm – Yoga asana class
6pm – vegetarian meal
7:30pm – Satsang

Les asanas ou les postures de yoga peuvent apporter d’innombrables bienfaits au corps et à l’esprit. Ils étirent non seulement les muscles et réduisent le stress, mais améliorent également les fonctions corporelles, dynamisent le corps et l’esprit et augmentent la force physique et mentale. Participez à cette retraite unique et approfondissez votre pratique du yoga grâce à des cours de yoga spéciaux avec une concentration spécifique et de nouvelles variations adaptées à votre niveau (débutant ou intermédiaire/avancé). De plus, il y aura des ateliers d’asana de 30 minutes chaque jour pour une formation approfondie dans des postures spécifiques, et des sessions au cours desquelles nous apprendrons différentes techniques de yoga pour développer la volonté et la flexibilité mentale pour mieux faire face aux circonstances changeantes de nos vies. Les sujets abordés comprendront également :

Getting Here
Directions
From Montreal-Trudeau airport (YUL), the drive takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
By bus: take the 747 bus from the airport to downtown Montreal, then Autobus Galland from the Montreal bus terminal Berri-UQAM to Val-Morin.

Accommodation
Single rooms in the Lodge have a bed, a chair, shelving and a private bathroom, or a shared bathroom at a lower price. Double rooms have an armoire and a private bathroom with a shower. We also have shared rooms with 3 to 4 beds and, from June to September, a dormitory with curtained cubicles. In summer you can pitch your own tent on the wooded grounds. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.
