Begin with the Kundalini Movement to activate energy flow and prepare the body. Transition into a guided therapeutic drawing session, "Draw Your Pain," where participants visually express emotions, pain, or blocks onto paper.

After visually expressing pain through drawing, participants will use movement to "Dance the Pain Away," symbolically releasing emotions and stepping into empowerment.
