About this Retreat
Your Guides
Jessica is the founder and co-ordinator of Spirit of Peace Healing retreats and is a certfied Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, 500hr Yoga Teacher and Yoga Nidra Facilitator. After falling in love with the Ayahuasca and Wachuma plant spiirts, she moved to in Peru in 2017 and has completed over 25 master plant dietas with Shipibo curanderos and participated in hundreds of Ayahuasca ceremonies. She has a long-term relationship with the Shipibo healers she works with and focuses on creating retreats for small groups which allow for the needs of each guest to be met as fully as possible.
Jessica has been a devoted student of Ayurveda and Yoga since 2009 and has found these philosophies and healing modalities hugely benefiical aids to her plant medicine journey and valuable integration tools. She offers Ayurvedic health consultations, treatments, and Yoga sessions to clients as stand alone sessions, in retreats, or as part of an integration process.
Jessica is avaiable for consultations and treatments in Taray/Pisac, Peru or otherwise online whenever possible.
Details of this retreat
Six hour long one-to-one plant medicine preparation or integration sessions - you can choose any combination of preparation or integration sessions to meet your needs.
These sessions are yours to support you on your healing journey and to help you to get the most out of your ceremony or retreat.
Preparation sessions can help you to clarify your reasons for attending plant medicine ceremonies and give you some helpful tools and techniques for before, during and after the ceremony. We can also talk about some practical considerations around attending ceremonies and choosing places to drink in, and travelling in South America and the Amazon rainforest.
Integration sessions can guide you towards a deeper understanding of your ceremonies or dieta and assist you in integrating your expereinces into your daily life. Alongside talking through your experiences, thoughts and feelings, guidance is also available for making diet, health and lifestyle changes and for beginning or deepening daily spiritual practices.
These sessions are yours to give you the support that you most need, and so can include the themes and topics that are of most need or interest to you.
Please note that my main areas of experience are with Ayahausca, master plant dietas and Wachuma. Sessions are very welcome for the integration of other psychoactive plants and psychedelic substances but do be aware that I do not have the same depth of knowledge of the way that these other medicines may be working with you.
