Refine your yoga practice in community, enjoy relaxing afternoons at the beach, and nourish yourself with wholesome, Ayurveda-inspired meals.

Schedule

Daily schedule:
7:30am • Breakfast
9-11am • Yoga
12pm • Lunch
Nature walk, beach, bike ride, & pool time
(Optional excursion, massage, or private breath training/Ayurvedic consultation)
4:30-6pm • Late afternoon yoga
7pm • Dinner
Evening relaxation & merriment

Retreat activities begin the evening of May 15. We recommend arriving in the morning or afternoon of the the 15th.

You are more than welcome to rent a car from the airport, though the retreat is designed so that you will not need to.

Accommodation

This retreat house includes 2 King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bunk bed room. All can be shared as a double room or enjoyed privately as a single room.

Welcome to your own personal island paradise! This stunning property is located just one street back from the ocean in the peaceful Sea Pines neighborhood. You'll love the spacious two-level house, with its huge living and family room, open kitchen, and high ceilings. But the real magic happens outside, where you'll find a fantastic pool and patio area. And when you're feeling adventurous, there's a path from the house that leads to the beach in just one minute.
