Each day the program includes:
Morning and evening Yoga practice & Meditation
Excursions or Activities with the intent to really enjoy the moment (Volcano Hike, visiting old historical town and exploring the nature.)
Daily energy practice to cleanse and empower your own energy field
Practice of Aqua Gym or Aqua Prana session in the pool
Free time at the beach from 12am to 5.30 pm with transportation
Excursion or yoga practice on outdoor amazing places
Salsa Dancing night with theme dinner.
Plus:
A rich and tasteful vegetarian food experience created by our private chef
6 days with instruction in English
The organizer also speaks: Spanish, Italian, French
Although the schedule does have a degree of flexibility, the days will be planned as follows:
Arrival day:
5.30pm - Arrival meeting and settling in with refreshments.
6:15pm - First Yoga practice
8:00pm – Welcome Dinner followed by ‘getting to know each other
A Sample day:
8.00am – Yoga Practice & Meditation.
9:30am - Breakfast and free time
11:45am – Aqua Prana session or Gym in the pool
1:00pm - Break for lunch and free time
Afternoon program:
(Will vary between being at the Villa or outdoor or free beach time)
4:00pm-Discussions and teaching
5:00pm - Tea break and free time
6:30pm - Yoga Asana practice
8.30pm - Dinner and relax
9pm (optional) evening event
