Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Ceremony - Allowing time to land.
Day 2: Morning Kundalini Yoga & Medtation - Walk to connect to the land, visit to Es Vedra.
Day 3: Yoga & Breathwork - Sacred Goddess Cave Hike - Evening Sound Healing.
Day 4: Morning Beach Yoga, Swim in nature - connecting to the heart, Morning & Evening meditation - Kundalini Dance - Closing Sister Circle.
Day 5: A day to unwind, process or explore the island.
Departure Day - Leave feeling empowered and in your full power.

When To Gather:
We will gather on the magical island of Ibiza on April 4th - 9th as the island warms up. Perfect time to put a spring in our step ansd awaken our inner glow.

Location:
A stunning 300 year old finca nestled into the mountains with breathtaking views, stunning gardens and pool area. Plenty of spaces around the house to integrate, process and take time to unwind. A cosy fire in the lounge area to gather as a group. Escape the busyness of everyday life as you enter the pine forest making you slow down and embrace the nature until you reach the venue.
