Details of this retreat

Would you like to enrich your life, deepen your teaching, and infuse your personal practice with greater spiritual insight? Raja Yoga Teacher Training provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the subtle and profound teachings of Yoga and learn how to skillfully share them with others.

Raja Yoga is the science of meditation based on self-mastery. It presents the philosophy and psychology of Yoga in a systematic way, guiding one to greater peace and balance in life and the highest spiritual realization.

The whole world is yearning for peace. The one sure solution is for more and more people to experience that peace in their own hearts and then express it in their lives. Raja Yoga provides a comprehensive approach to attain that goal, addressing all levels of the individual: physical, mental, social and spiritual. In so doing, it is a pathway to freedom from all sorrow, fear, and delusion.
The curriculum includes:

In-depth exploration of the Yoga Sutras
Instruction in how to incorporate the teachings into daily life
Opportunities to deepen your Hatha Yoga, pranayama and meditation practice
Training in how to teach, including answering questions and leading discussions
Syllabus for a seven-week Raja Yoga course

We welcome you to join us on this transformative journey for greater health, happiness, and fulfillment in life.
