Have you wanted to get the most out of your asana practice? Do you hope to take it to another level? Can your practice properly address existing injuries and prevent others? It is not what you do in practice but how it is being done.

Join us for this how-to, comprehensive, and fully-experiential workshop.  We will explore the principles of posture and alignment that follow the exquisite dynamics of anatomy. The presentation will be practical, easy to understand, and user-friendly. It is appropriate for all teaching and levels of personal practice, always remaining true with the age-old wisdom of yoga.

Recognize common habits of misalignment that cause injury.
Use your yoga practice as a sophisticated form of therapy and rehabilitation.
Increase flexibility and strength while preventing injuries.
