“Mitra is a quiet, brilliant teacher who presents the material in a well- organized and accessible manner. He balances “lecture” with practice in a perfect ratio. He teaches us HOW to do the practice and then we practice. I feel like I have tools to bring with me. Because we actually did the practice during the workshop, I feel layers of healing have happened already. Thank you.
