Testimonials:
Saci is a naturally gifted teacher whose warmth and encouragement creates an uplifting and inclusive environment. Her years as a dancer give her a strong foundation in body mechanics and healthy alignment, and her many years as a devoted Yogi give her a deep understanding into the more subtle levels of being, which she readily and easily imparts to her students. Her classes are accessible and fun, and you'll leave feeling refreshed, balanced and supported. — Claire B.
The Integral Yoga teacher training came at a magical time to help me connect with my true self and to set me on a path in alignment with my heart. A greater purpose was revealed during the teacher training, rerouting me to help others heal through Yoga. The program was demanding and challenging with loving guidance from compassionate, dedicated, and wise instructors. We were required to practice what we were learning to teach. Through daily meditation, hatha yoga, breathing practices, and the study of the yoga sutras, yoga principles, and yoga history, we experienced the direct benefits of a devoted practice and blossomed into well-prepared and disciplined Integral Yoga teachers. — Paula Lucas
