Explore the solar plexus (manipura) chakra from the perspective of POWER, knowing there is only one power and that is love. Located in the solar plexus region, the manipura chakra is a masculine-principal DOER chakra; the manipura energy center LOVES to know what our needs are combined with our heart’s desire so that it can help manifest our greatest dreams with empowerment. The easiest way to reach YMCA Camp Silver Beach is to fly into Norfolk International Airport (ORF), the closest major airport, and then drive about 1 hour and 20 minutes to the camp. This route offers the most flight options and the most direct access to the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
