Time for a break
When you have the feeling you are getting stuck in the relationship with yourself, your work, your relation, your children or maybe you are wrestling with the questions of life, depression and/or fatigue, maybe it is time for a break.
Or you are satisfied with your life, but you would like to invest in getting more control over your own world of thoughts and feelings. Also if you have the feeling you have tried everything, but nothing helped to become more relaxed or happier, you are very welcome.
It’s not strange you need a breather every now and then, and that you feel the need to step out of familiar and obstructive habits and patterns. In this way you are making space for quality time and travel inward, to get clarity on what’s in your way, to feel what needs to be felt, to clean the roots of those feelings and to set inspired steps to walk the old way differently or to find a new way altogether.
I believe that the setting of a structured form of self-examination has a lot to offer. It is important to develop independency in this, so when life is challenging you, you can always fall back on it.
The method I am offering as coach, mindfulness and meditation teacher, is life changing and will lead guaranteed to more control over your mind, happiness and clarity. To experience that in greatest depth, you now have the opportunity to spend a longer period of time with me.
