Why study with them?

Megan Marcelle is a yoga and meditation teacher, wellness coach, and international retreat host with over ten years’ experience designing and leading transformative retreat experiences around the world.

Megan was first introduced to yoga while living in Vietnam more than a decade ago. After her very first class, she experienced a deep sense of ease and belonging — a feeling of coming home within herself. This embodied experience continues to shape her teaching philosophy and lies at the heart of her work today.

Yoga has since become an integral part of Megan’s life. Through extensive travel and study, she has explored a wide range of traditions and practices, allowing her teaching to be both intuitive and thoughtfully structured. She has completed over 700 hours of professional training, specialising in Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, and Seasonal Hatha Vinyasa. Her approach is refined, accessible, and grounded in a commitment to continual learning and self-development.
Alongside her yoga training, Megan studied Psychology at the University of Edinburgh and has undertaken hypnotherapy training. This background informs her work on a deeper level, enabling her to support clients not only physically, but also emotionally and psychologically, with nuance, safety, and care.

Megan has worked with clients of all ages, from children to older adults, both online and in person, and has led bespoke retreats and workshops internationally. Her retreat programmes have been carefully curated and refined over many years, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, personalised support, and creating space for genuine rest, reflection, and transformation.

Her mission is to encourage everyone to take moments to reconnect and return home to themselves through yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

Now based in Switzerland, Megan draws inspiration from nature and seasonal living. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and moving in nature as a runner, swimmer, hiker, and skier. She feels deeply grateful to weave together her passion for wellbeing, travel, and the natural world through hosting thoughtfully designed yoga retreats in inspiring locations across the globe.
