Carliann Langley is a passionate Yin Yoga Therapist who seeks to guide, heal, and support others on their journey of transformation With over a decade of dedicated practice and teaching since 2014, her journey has been one of unwavering commitment to self-growth, healing and liberation.

Carliann is a highly trained and certified yoga and mindfulness instructor with over 1,400 hours of certification from esteemed institutions, including Sivananda, British Wheel of Yoga, Traditional Yoga, and Insight Yoga. As a Sarah Powers Level 2 Yin & Mindfulness teacher, a certified Traditional Yoga Meditation instructor, and a Yin Yoga Therapist, she seamlessly integrates the wisdom of yin yoga, philosophy, and meditation. Her holistic approach to well-being nurtures both body and mind, offering a transformative experience for her students.​

Carliann teaches from a place of embodied wisdom, intuitive guidance, and deep knowledge. Her personal Yin and Meditation practice forms the foundation of her approach—where intellect meets heart, and where the body, mind, and soul come into harmony. She believes Yin Yoga is for everyone, offering not just physical release, but emotional healing, inner stillness, and a profound sense of balance and wellbeing. Deeply motivated and inspired by post-traumatic growth, she recognises the power of this practice in fostering resilience and transformation.
