Jessica McKnight is the founder of Brilliance Key Coaching, where she provides mindset and business coaching for women who are ready for real, lasting personal transformation. She is known for creating deeply immersive, high-touch retreats that go far beyond traditional women’s retreats, intentionally designed to help women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and access profound clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
At the heart of Jessica’s retreats is the creation of an elite sisterhood—a carefully curated community of like-minded women who value growth, depth, and authenticity.
