Lakisha

Lakisha is a tech nomad, digital marketer and retreat host originally from Germany, currently based in East Africa. After years of working remotely and traveling the world, she kept noticing the same pattern in the nomad community: talented, ambitious people with great ideas who struggled to actually finish what they started, not because of a lack of skill, but because of a lack of structure, accountability and the right environment.

That is why she created goldenweeks, a boutique accountability retreat for digital nomads and remote workers who are ready to stop planning and start finishing. As the host, Lakisha brings a grounded, no-fluff energy to the retreat. She is not here to inspire you with motivational speeches. She is here to create the conditions where real progress actually happens.

Lakisha has lived and worked across Europe, East Africa and beyond, and brings first-hand experience of what it takes to stay productive, focused and intentional as a location-independent professional. She speaks fluent German and English and has a background in SEO, digital marketing and remote client work.
