Christina Exarchou spent most of her childhood training as a rhythmic gymnast. She discovered yoga in 2007, while living in London. She began travelling to the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India, annually, where she received the esteemed Level 2 authorisation by R.Sharath Jois. She began leading classes in 2012, while apprenticing with her teachers in London’s leading yoga centre Triyoga. She is currently based in Greece, where she teaches both traditional Mysore Ashtanga, as well as modern style Vinyasa Flow. Her objective is to inspire people to tap into their intuition and own personal wisdom through movement. She encourages students to use movement as a tool for embodiment and self-expression. Her aim is to share her knowledge in a non-dogmatic way, while holding space for others to experience healing through conscious movement.
