Justine Smythe

Justine graduated with a high honors baccalaureate degree from the Culinary Institute of America and from Cornell with an MBA in hotel and restaurant administration. She has owned, operated and worked in numerous restaurants including her NY Times critically acclaimed ‘Oasis Café’, the House Hotel’, ‘Tavern on the Green Restaurant’ and ‘World Yacht’ in NYC. She co-owns and operates with David and Monica-Jean the ‘Smythe House Inn’ in Saugerties, NY and ‘RENEWAL’ Retreats on the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. Justine is Editor in Chief of ‘Ashtree Publishing’ owned by Susun Weed. She is also a Reiki master and animal whisperer.
