Greg Moran

About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Greg is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, shamanic/reiki energy healer, embodiment & integration mentor and nature connection guide.

Using a combination of ancient and modern modalities and practices from around the world, Greg guides you on a transformational journey into the deepest parts of yourself.

Through the principles of heart-based connection and ceremony, Greg weaves together a sacred container, allowing for a deeper connection to Self, Community, and Mother Nature.

Greg's healing journey began in 2015 when his digestive system completely failed and he was given a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, an “incurable” autoimmune disease.

Through making massive lifestyle changes which included natural organic diet, yoga, meditation, sacred plant medicines and mold/mycotoxin detoxification, he was able to fully heal his body from chronic disease.

This set him off down a path of self-discovery that eventually led him to breathwork. After his first breathwork journey and the profound experience he had, he immediately knew he was supposed to share this work with others.

He began training as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and has been sharing it full-time with others, guiding hundreds back into connection with their hearts ever since.

Greg's work is centered around nervous system regulation & embodied presence which, when cultivated, leads to profound healing & growth in all areas of ones life.

Greg now travels the world sharing breathwork and other healing modalities at retreats, workshops, events, and in his online containers.

Greg also works one-on-one with clients in his in-person and online containers, guiding them to connect deeper with their intuition and live more fully from a state of presence.

He is deeply passionate about holistic health, connection to self, community & mother nature, and guiding & empowering others in living their most authentic life.
