Why study with them?
I'm a runner (20 half marathons in 6 countries) & ex-bodybuilder athlete who learned the hard way about the dangers of extreme dieting (lost my period when I was 27yo).
My aim is to help you look f*cking hot without sacrificing your health in the process.
I've done over 1,200 fitness and nutrition check-ins with women from all over the world and got them insane results, from fat loss, to muscle building, running their first 10K or half marathon, etc.
