"I' ve never participate to a retreat. It was my first one. I felt the call to join and it was a new unique experience that made me feel home. Melania and Peppi though me so many new things Breathing techniques to focus the mind ,postural therapeutical sequences for an healthy body... that l will definitely keep practicing home . I ' ve also learned how to observe nature's elements with new eyes, and finding deeper connections with our natural environment . And on top the food was amazing, from the garden to the table, colours, edible flowers and delicious taste . Melania is a great Macrobiotic chef . "3nights and 4 days, it was a enriching and transformative experience. In fact, i took part in this retreat more, to find out, what the permaculture was all about. All I felt was a calm and vibrating atmosphere in a green and peaceful environement. I had almost instant sleep during the 3 nights(i used to take around 2hours to enter in the sleep mode).The space promises a great green and jungly environement in the near future. Peppi knows the job. During the yoga and meditation sessions, my body released lot´s of pain and heat. In one of the meditating session my forehead between the eyebrows was boiling and many more micro unpleasant symptoms, that i cannot put in words, were released. About vegan/macrobiotic food, very exotic to my taste, solved the acidic condition of my stomach. Many varieties of food on the table and in every meal there was always one delicious dish prepared by Melania. During the meals, we had interesting conversations on mental and spiritual topics. Overall, this out of the box experience proved to be very therapeutic for me. I experienced here, what is going to be my future dream."
